A scholarship program by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is empowering Ghana’s young civil servants with advanced degrees from Japan, strengthening ties between the two nations.
By focusing on areas like Economics, Public Administration, and Public Health, JICA is equipping Ghanaians with skills to drive national development.
“Shift from donor-recipient to co-creative partnerships,” urged Prof. SHIRATO Keiichi, emphasizing the need for joint growth. With 103 alumni already making an impact, 27 more are currently studying in Japan, and 13 new scholars will join them this year.
