CHAG received WHO donation to combat NCDs

The Christian Health Association of Ghana (CHAG) has presented 20 computer equipment to enhance data management on NCDs.

When utilized effectively, these computers will streamline quality care, enabling healthcare providers to deliver targeted interventions and improve patient outcomes.

The computers, equipped with E-tracker for data collection, will support CHAG’s D’CARD Project, aiming to reduce the burden of diabetes and hypertension.

CHAG’s Executive Director, Dr Peter Yeboah,urged beneficiary institutions to optimize the computers to improve patient care.

NCDs: A Threat to All, Technology Holds the Key

Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) know no bounds, affecting individuals across gender, age, and geographic location. However, a new initiative aims to combat this growing health concern by harnessing the power of technology.

According to CHAG, proper data management is crucial in understanding the scope of NCDs and developing effective solutions. By leveraging technology, healthcare providers can better track patient data, identify trends, and provide high-quality care.
